When you contact me or commission work, I collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, project information, messages, and any files or references you send. I use them to respond to you, discuss potential work, and create, revise, and deliver commissions. I may keep records when needed for legal obligations or disputes.

Squarespace hosts this website and may process technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser or device details, and site use. Proton Mail processes emails you send and my replies. These providers handle information under their own privacy terms. I do not sell personal information.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to function. With your permission, optional cookies help me understand site use and improve your experience. You can choose “Accept all,” “Decline all,” or “Manage cookies” in the cookie banner. You can change your preferences later through the site’s cookie setting.

I will not share commissioned work, your name, or materials you provide in my portfolio, on social media, or in promotional materials unless you give permission.

I keep inquiries that do not lead to a project for up to 12 months after our last communication. I keep commission-related correspondence and files for up to 2 years after completion, unless I need them longer for legal obligations or a dispute. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymized; copies may remain temporarily in backups or service-provider systems.

Depending on your location, you may be able to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or ask me to restrict or stop certain processing. You may also have a right to receive information you provided in a portable format. Where I rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Squarespace may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, applicable legal transfer safeguards are used. Contact me if you’d like details.
